Classic Sips + Creative Bites: A Raucous Romp Through Wine, Beer and Food Pairing Techniques

It’s that time again… Back by popular demand, I’m hosting another class as Sessions at the Presidio in San Francisco. For those who attended last year, it was an extravaganza! This year, we will be tasting more amazing food from Chef Bilger and pairing it in wildly fun ways with wines I’ve selected and beers from Session’s beer expert, Jordan Spaulding.

We kick off with a popcorn bar and five, yes five sparkling wines including Champagne in magnum, pink bubbly, Prosecco, Cava, and aged California sparkling. By the numbers we’ll have 5 paired dishes, 6 wines, 5 bubblies, 3 popcorns, and 4 beers. (I’m sure I’ll bring something special from my cellar for the group, too.)

You’ll eat and drink fantastically well and learn fun ways to pair food, wine and brew. All we suggest is public transport! Hurry and grab your tickets while you can as seats are limited to 30 guests.

We’re giving a discount until February 19th of $110 per person. A deal considering the amount of food, booze, fun and, of course, education.
